International Orders

SHIPPABLE PRODUCTS: Due to the varied shipping fees and postal regulations internationally, please call the World Service Office during regular business hours or send an email to inquire about product shipping costs outside of the United States.

VIRTUAL PRODUCTS: There is no shipping fees incurred to download a virtual product.  Therefore, virtual products may be purchased online globally.  Please note that all downloadable files are available for a one time download and will expire 72 hours after receiving payment.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.



Return Policy

  • Downloadable PDF files are not returnable nor refundable.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all printed literature to be returned.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns must arrive to FAA in re-sellable condition.

