SHIPPABLE PRODUCTS: Due to the varied shipping fees and postal regulations internationally, please call the World Service Office during regular business hours or send an email to inquire about product shipping costs outside of the United States.

VIRTUAL PRODUCTS: There are no shipping fees incurred to download a virtual (pdf) product. Therefore, virtual products may be purchased online globally. Please note that downloadable files are available as a one time only download and the link(s) will expire 72 hours after a completed purchase. Each pdf downloaded file must be manually saved to your computer or mobile device for repeated access. The files do not save automatically. These files are not e-books. Therefore, before closing out the pdf file or attempting to print it, please be sure to save it. If you do require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

Return Policy

Downloadable PDF files are not returnable nor refundable.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all printed literature to be returned.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must arrive to FAA in re-sellable condition.
